THE FESTIVAL FOR AN EXTENDED SUMMER SEASON IN LYON
31 AUGUST AND 1 SEPTEMBER 2023
Wine & Transat, the chill and festive micro festival, returns so that the holiday spirit can continue into September. The programme includes pop-up wine bars, a food corner by Lyon chefs and live music to raise a toast to whatever takes your fancy – and to the dear winegrowers who will be keeping a watchful eye on the start of the harvest season. Free admission and tasting workshops by reservation.

The Crozes-Hermitage Grand Week-End
THE MUST-ATTEND, MID-APRIL WINE MARKET.
Some fifty wineries and wine merchants, including the northern Rhone Valley’s most iconic, present their vintages, all of them available at cellar-door prices. For those who want a pause from tasting, local food is concocted on site. Then, after closing time, Crozes-Hermitage winegrowers invite visitors to join them for a range of ‘fringe’ events in small groups hosted by the region’s restaurants or in the privacy of the wineries for some boutique tastings.
